Sony Computer Entertainment Worldwide Studios president Shuhei Yoshida used his keynote address at the Tokyo Game Show today to demonstrate PS Vita features including Remote Play, which enables users to play PS3 games on the upcoming portable.
Yoshida showed Killzone 3 being played remotely with Vita as the controller. While the Vita doesn't offer all of the PS3 pad's buttons, the game makes use of the portable's rear touch panel.
At its pre-TGS conference earlier this week, Sony confirmed that Vita will launch in Japan on December 17 with 20 games. Another 70-plus work in progress titles will release during Vita's launch window.
