Nyko's much-discussed Kinect 'Zoom' accessory has been confirmed for release in the UK.
The peripheral will arrive on British shores next month for £29.99, and Nyko says it has "high expectations" due to the positive reception from attendees at this year's E3.
In case you've no idea what we're going on about, the Zoom is a clip-on lense which apparently cuts Kinect's space operating requirements by 40% to a little over three feet.
However Microsoft has warned against using the add-on, telling CVG: "Kinect has been tested for performance, accuracy and environmental conditions thoroughly. Any modification can impact the overall performance of Kinect."
Zoom marketing man Andrew Miles said of the news: "The average room size is much smaller here than in the US, especially in flats and university accommodation.
"Nyko should be applauded for assisting Microsoft in opening up the market for Kinect in the UK."
