This week's EU PlayStation Store update, which launched earlier today, features Resident Evil 4 HD, Burnout Crash and a new on-console PS3 video show called Access. Hopefully you won't have to wait too long to access the content.

I've also seen a number of friends sign in and then out over the past hour, dunno whether thats through choice though.

It's not hackers otherwise the whole psn would be off. Those that were online before the problem haven't been signed out and the japanese and hong kong accounts can still sign in. I just verified that myself with my own hong kong account.
