"Yeah you didn't get the job, we realised a desperate grad would work twice as hard as you for half the pay"
(....oh well I guess I understand...)
"Gordon Freeman Returns..."
(...Ah brilliant good end to the day...)
"...in a buggy, in a top down racer, this isn't half life 3"
(...oh that sounds about right...)

I'm currently playing Half Life 2 Episode 2 at the minute and i've just gotten this car and been chased by that annoying chopper. What a quality game, it's the only FPS i like to play.

Yeah at last, thanks Valve! I've been waiting for the return of Gordon Freeman so I can carry on the Half-Life story...wait, what the hell is this?....
Oh well, I guess the four+ years of waiting isn't through yet.
Its an awesome experience isn't it? I've recently got back into Half-Life 2 on the PC with the Cinematic mod which improves the graphics and adds iron sights to the weapons. The 360 and Ps3 versions on the Orange Box added Hdr and improved graphics to the original games too. All are well worth playing.

Hah! So have I! Started and finished HL2 2 weeks ago, started and finished HL2EP1 last weekend and started and finished HL2EP2 this weekend gone, despite having Gears 3 to play. HL2 was the first single player FPS I ever got into and, with the episodes, is still my favourite game of all time. Just need to remind myself why now and again. After playing them again this past few weeks, it just reminds you how awesome those games really are, especially compared to a lot of new games today. There are just so many things to do, like kill that chopper, drive that car, get chased by a Guardian through burrows, complete electrical circuits, storm a hospital, gravity-gun cars into Antlion burrows, storm a beach with Antlion minions...
Just amazing games.
