PES 2012 PS3 patch adds 3D, social networking features

Our PES 2012 review is almost ready to run out onto the pitch, although some PES 2012 review scores have already strolled out.

That's because they don't exist - not until the game gets a day one patch anyway.

The US got the update with the game's launch and you can expect a similarly hefty download when you pop the disc into your PS3 on October 14.

It's worth it though, since it will provide 3DTV support and a new feature to the series called 'myPES'.

The latter is a social networking suite which will arrive in beta form and allow players to share results and other data on Facebook. Get more details on it here.
