Gaming products hogged the limelight at the fifth annual T3 Gadget Awards last night.
Kinect took home two gongs, winning both overall Gadget of the Year and Gaming Gadget of the Year, while high-concept gaming laptop Razer Switchblade picked up the prestigious Innovation of the Year award.
"The concept for this mini console could be the start of something revolutionary," said T3 editor Luke Peters. "If Razer decides to license its technology further afield, we could see it appearing in tablets, mobile phones and even home appliances. That is a mouth-watering prospect."
Elsewhere, Samsung's Android-powered Galaxy S II beat the iPhone to the Phone of the Year award, while Google was named Tech Brand of the Year.
