Yakuza series creator Toshihiro Nagoshi recently hosted a personal board cast via Japan's Nico Nico Video network, during which he revealed the first nuggets of info on Yakuza 5.
According to a summary of the broadcast, via Andrisang, Nagoshi revealed the game will be set in Kamurocho and another city, which is yet to be named but could be any one of Sapporo, Nagoya, Osaka and Fukuoka.
According to the report "they've not yet decided if they'll have hostess auditions for the game's hostess component," and he wouldn't reveal if the game would have one or multiple playable heroes.
Kazuma Kiryu will, however, definitely be in as Nagoshi says leaving him out would be "unthinkable".
The producer also revealed that he'd like to make a 'chapter zero'-like entry that tells the past story of the Tojo Clan.
Yakuza 5 was confirmed in August, along with a new sequel to PSP series spin-off Yakuza Black Panther, called Kurohyou 2 Ryu ga Gotoku.
