Mario Kart 7 is nigh, with the Australian street date confirmed for Saturday December 3.
In a welcome break with tradition, Nintendo has ensured Australians get a hold of the game at the same time as their EU and US counterparts, so die hards needn't import the game if they hate waiting for a local release.
The game will retail for $69.95 in Australia, and will hopefully boost consumer confidence in Nintendo's handheld, which is low enough that we felt obliged to put together a list of ways it can be saved.
Super Mario 3D Land will also hit shelves in Australia on November 24.
