Developer Splash Damage is said to be close to introducing full clan support, ladders and tournaments for all versions of the game.

The update's currently in the final stages of testing and will be pushed out to the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC as soon as it's complete.

"Finally, we'll also be releasing game updates for all three versions of Brink alongside the clans & tournaments update," Bethesda said in sneak peak look at the new features on its blog.

This game was dead online when I bought it and that was launch week. Nice concept but it struck me that this was a developer that had no idea what they were doing, the game was an ugly, laggy, buggy mess on release.

Oh well, at least the bot's in the game will have a new incentive to keep playing.

Seems odd, I've seen the special edition brand new for £8!

I'm actually still tempted to pick this up. I wont be expecting much but its one of those games for discernible reason I just fancied having a go on.

The horse has not only bolted it has enjoyed a stellar career in London's West End playing Ellie McDowell in several plays, took a bit part role as a traffic cone in Eastenders, then went on to win the National Old Nags cup at Aintree before finally ending up in several cans of Pedigree Chum.

In short, s**t game, s**t delivery and s**t support.
