Modern Warfare 3 claims the top spot on the UK All Formats Chart for a second week running, holding off competition from a number of major new releases.
Despite an 87 percent drop in sales compared to its monster first week, the latest Call of Duty charts ahead of the week's biggest new release, Assassin's Creed Revelations. The Ubisoft game enjoys the franchise's most successful launch to date, according to Chart Track.
Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim drops one place to No.3, ahead of new entry Saints Row: The Third, FIFA 12 and two more chart debutants, Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary and The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword.
Super Mario 3D Land and Need for Speed: The Run makes their chart entries at No.9 and No.11, with Just Dance 3 sandwiched between them.
Also new this week are Lego Harry Potter: Years 5-7 at No.13, Mario & Sonic London 2012 Olympic Games at No.20 and Kinect Disneyland Adventures at No.39.
