This is footage of the second Harvest Moon on its way to the 3DS.
This is a new Harvest Moon, set for release in Japan in February 2012, not to be mistaken for Harvest Moon: Tale of Two Towns, which hit 3DS in US and DS in US and UK.
As you'll see in the video, the game will don the usual farming mechanics to go with its inevitably new plot staring a load of new characters.
Don't expect to see it in the western world until the year 2094.
