The 3DS steering wheel that was announced for Japan last month is set for release in the UK.
Peripheral maker Hori was revealed last month to be developing a steering wheel for Mario Kart 7. Hori claims the device will offer up the feeling of using a real steering wheel, and it will also don larger L and R buttons for better reach and overall more comfortable design.
The wheel, which carries the Nintendo official seal of approval, has been confirmed to be available for purchase in the UK next month. There is no official UK price announced yet, but it is listed as 1,280 Yen (about £10.50) in Japan.
Mario Kart 7's tilt controls are optional, but when activated shift perspective to a first-person view.
Our Mario Kart 7 review went live last week. We quite liked it.
