BBFC rates Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition

Classification body outs new release? Suggests February launch

UK ratings body the BBFC appears to have outed Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition.

Granted an 18-rating earlier today, the game's listed for release on February 17.

Presumably it's a new version of this year's three million-plus selling Mortal Kombat, with the subsequently released DLC and maybe some extra features thrown in.

We'll fire off an email to publisher Warner for comment.

Last month, series co-creator Ed Boon teased an upcoming MK "surprise", although it doesn't appear to be related to 2011's recent series reboot.
