I‘m confused! Is this yet another in-betweener? An Alan Wake 1.75? :?

If you understand the meaning of "1.75", I highly doubt this is confusing you. Yar just screwing with me after what I said about it on some other thread right?

I really liked 'Alan Wake' and have been looking forward to the follow up. I must admit to preferring a hard copy of games generally though and seems more like you are getting something for your money. Also looks like your game collection is more impressive. I also use the boxes for inspiration as to what game I wish to play and often forget about the downloaded games on my hard drive.

Cost, size of file (only for downloading) and game play length etc. will determine whether or not I will buy this. I wonder if its the developers way of guaranteeing income from sales as there is no obvious 2nd hand market for this. Also they can control the amount it sells for where as retailers have more flexibility and have to compete with other retailers. I have very rarely paid full RRP for any game (in fact I have only bought 1 in the last 5-10yrs that I can think of but that was only because it was a limited edition pre-order that I wanted to make sure I got - glad I did as it sold out before it was released)

Any way this will still remain on my watch list until these things are confirmed

Just because you‘re paranoid doesn‘t mean their not watching you right?

They already said the current one is not AW2 so why make another non-sequel?

Really looking forward to this, absolutely loved the first one :)

Only thing I don't like about the trailer though is that Dead Space-style zombie looking thing... I know new enemies can make the game fresher, but that's sort of stepping outside of the bounds considering what we had before was humans and animals consumed by darkness and the darkness itself. So why can't we just have different human enemy-types rather than new out-of-place creatures? :(
