Limbo is US PSN's best-selling indie game in 2011

Sony releases list of the US PSN's top titles this year

Congrats to indie developer Playdead. Sony has confirmed that its silhouette platform puzzler Limbo topped the US PSN sales list for self-published indie games in 2011.

Castle Crashers came in second with TestYourself Psychology in third. Developer Q-Games will also be pleased with news that the superb PixelJunk Shooter 2 topped the list of first-party-published indie games in 2011.

    I played the demo. I found it somewhat original, although back to basics. The full game was quite expensive: about a third of what you'd pay for GT5 or ICO, and bearing in mind that Angry Bored is free on Android, mostly thanks to intrusive ads.
