Following a just announced delay, Anarchy Reigns will be released on July 6 in Europe, three days after it hits the US and one after it launches in Australia.
Developed by Platinum Games, the third-person multiplayer brawler was originally set to launch on PS3 and Xbox 360 in autumn 2011, but was then pushed back to January 2012.
Sega West senior VP of marketing Gary Knight said: "Anarchy Reigns brings a new take to the brawler genre and we've decided to take a little more time to deliver the full knockout punch.
"I can't reveal much now, but it's something to do with scale. Let's just say traditional one on one or two versus two fighters will be a thing of the past..."
