Motomu Toriyama, director of Final Fantasy XIII-2, has promised deep, campaign-expanding DLC for Final Fantasy XIII-2
Square has previously announced extensive plans for post-release download content - even promising monthly updates - but all that's been confirmed so far are minor additions such as character costumes and a boss fight.
When questioned about DLC for the new game, Toriyama said: "For this installment, we have designed and planned for content including DLC that would expand on the world of XIII-2 since the beginning of its development."
He went on: "So I'm sure you will be able to continue playing the game long after its release."
Toriyama wouldn't be pressed into confirming anything definitive, however: "In terms of a lineup of specific DLC, please stand by for more information," he told the US PS Blog.
