SCEA has just confirmed the full list of games that will sit alongside Vita on its February 22 launch in US.

It has also priced up the memory cards for US at a significantly cheaper rate than GameStop's early listings had suggested.
While GameStop says a 4GB Vita memory card will cost $29.99 (£19), an 8GB one $44.99 (£29), a 16GB one $69.99 (£45) and a 32GB one $119.99 (£77), Sony's pricing is up to $20 cheaper all round. See pricing on the accessories list below.

Maybe cheaper for the US but that $20 cheaper on memory cards won't happen for us, that will be the V.A.T.

Good prices on memory, i hope that this is carried over to Europe .
Escape plan for launch is great news , really needs something magical/cool for a new bit of kit , this seems to fit the bill, Wipeout and Katamari also excellent ,...................... slightly off topic that Lorraine Pascal has just produced a lemon meringue pie out of the oven with the biggest meringue peaks iv'e ever seen, the cheeky Mare!

does anyone else think that there are too many games for launch?
With so many to choose from, most people will buy 2 max at launch leaving a lot of the third part stuff out.
My pref will be UC: GA and Wipeout.

About £77 for a 32GB memory card, yet a 320GB HD for the Xbox 360 currently sells for £65 new, plus I bet for a bit extra, you could pick up a 500GB one. My point is, how much does it cost to make these memory cards? More than PC HDs? Never in a million years. A rip off.

Flash memory is pretty cheap but in fairness, good flash memory, as in the memory that has fast read and write speeds costs way more to produce than an old fashioned spindle hard drive. Regular hard drives are cheap as chips, so a more fair comparison would be with solid state drives, hard drives with high speed flash memory, which currently cost an absolute bomb. I will however concede that the sony cards are over priced, they are in essence high speed high capacity sd cards, which certainly don't cost as much as the vita memory cards.
But hey, gotta make money somehow and we all know by now it ends up being on accessories, game controllers being the biggest offenders these days.

Thank you for the news cvg. Sucks that Monkey Ball isn't a launch title.
