OnLive finally has a football game...

PES 2012 confirmed for cloud gaming platform

Cloud gaming service OnLive is set to fill a big hole in its portfolio with the release of PES 2012.

The Konami footy effort was confirmed for release on OnLive over the weekend, and as you can see on the title's official game page it's set to arrive for £29.99 with joypad and keyboard/mouse support.

Better yet, if you pre-order the game you'll get a free OnLive Microconsole winged out to your letterbox.

Speaking to CVG at OnLive's UK launch, VP of games & media John Spinale acknowledged that signing up a footy game was one of the problems left to overcome for the service.

"We're rolling out in the UK and thus far we have amazing games but we don't have a football game. That's something that we'll certainly be fixing," he said at the time.

PES 2012 has no release date as yet.
