Resident Evil: Op Raccoon City pre-order bonuses detailed

Check out the heavy ordinance on these UK pre-order deals

Capcom's detailed the Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City pre-order bonuses you can expect to receive when the game releases in the UK on the March 23 on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

Resi fans can expect three basic packages and they come in the form of additional heavy weaponry to give your Umbrella Security Squad operatives and multiplayer encounters that little additional edge.

Amazon has snaffled itself an Elite weapons package, allowing you to enjoy some fine military grade offerings like the Perforator shotgun and Tactical Combat Sub-machine gun, on all pre-orders up to the March 22.

GAME and GameStation are relying on brute strength with a Power weapons package which consists of the hard-hitting combat shotgun and the rather tasty looking long-barrelled anti-material rifle.

Good to see your local independent retailer doesn't miss out either with a Renegade weapons load-out which boasts a rather attractive flame-emblazoned machine pistol and a chunky Cowboy shotgun.

So plenty of pre-order goodies to take your pick from there and in the meantime, be sure to check out our splendid Resident Evil Reaction Time challenge, where you can form your own Umbrella security squad, watch exclusive videos and compete to earn great prizes like signed artwork and HD TVs.

So take weapons that should be in-game, spread them out between retailers, charge 300 points each after release and claim it's exclusive to the retailer before that, then finally release a ultimate collection edition with these packs included for a lesser price that the original game. I'm f**king sick of this...

I'm totally p**sed off with it myself - i made the mistake of buying the season pass on LA Noire - THEN WHAT DO THEY DO, go and release the complete edition with all content on it, same with resi 5. Lil s**ts

So, what about the PC Version? Capcom, are you going to delay the PC version by 6 months like Street Fighter IV has? Or not release the DLCs for PC like Resident Evil 5? Are you, yet again going to disrespect the PC customer base? Find out next time...on Dragon Ball Z >_>

so, what they are really saying is "wait for us to release a complete / goty edition".

Anyone care to share why they're interested in this game? Serious question.

Does it have an actual story mode or is it just a MAG type of online thing?
