Nintendo has announced the upcoming launch of a number of game demos on 3DS, kicking off with Resident Evil: Revelations and Cooking Mama 4 tomorrow.
The free game trials will be available to download from the 3DS eShop, which Nintendo says will be updated periodically with new demos.
These will include tasters of Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games, Rhythm Thief & the Emperor's Treasure and Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D, which received a confirmed March 8 release date last week.
Speaking about the introduction of new 3DS features back in October 2011, Nintendo president Satoru Iwata said developers would be able to release game demos "for which they can put a limit on the number of trials".
Also in the pipeline is post-release downloadable content for 3DS games, "a feature a number of software creators have been looking forward to", he added.
