This week's Nintendo eShop offerings includes vintage GameBoy game Balloon Kid, the charming float-em-up that tasked you with rescuing your fly-away brother while avoiding the perils of the sky.
Available for the 3DS for £2.70 from the eShop, Balloon Kid involves eight perilous stages in a land 'filled with danger'.
"Navigate your way through enemies and obstacles, collect balloons to earn bonuses, or let go of your balloons to face enemies on the ground," says the game's description.
Along with Balloon Kid, Nintendo have released a couple of learning games to get the kids learning while playing. The Very Hungry Caterpillar's ABCs, on the Wii, is available for 800 Wii Points, and "helps young players learn the alphabet by associating words and pictures with each letter."
Successfully Learning Mathematics Year 3 for the 3DS covers the number side of things, and for £4.50/ €5.00/ 500 DSi Points will help you learn maths with the aid of a 'motivational' vampire friend, Freddy.
Also released for the 3DS and DSi is Double Bloob, available for £4.50/ €5.00/ 500 DSi Points, in which you must save the planet from an invasion of 'Bloobs' and free Will the dolphin with the help of Dr Maybe's inventions.
