Dry your eyes - here's a new cinematic trailer for Aliens: Colonial Marines.
Developer Gearbox gave anxious fans the sniffles yesterday when it confirmed it was prioritising "making a great game" over hitting the Spring release - i.e. it has delayed the game until Autumn to allow for extra development time.
But to keep you keen the new trailer below shows off some movie-like cinematics of the marines in a moody shootout with hordes of incoming aliens (courtesy of IGN).

Well they've already used up their last excuse if it is s**te when it's released, everyone blames getting rushed by the Publisher, or having to hit a deadline meant they had to cut features. So for their sake, as well as ours, I hope its brilliant.
4 Player Co-op in the Aliens franchise, what could go wrong.... we'll soon see.

properly looking forward to this game, it really does LOOK and SOUND good, i just only hope it plays well too. no uneventful level design and spectrum 48k loading times like Duke Nukem Forever had please!
