Intrigued by the series spin-off Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City but not quite sure what to make of it? Maybe this will help.

looking pretty good, even though i hear the mission objectives are sooo repetitive but apparently the sheer gameplay cancels that out

The shooting and cover mechanics look quite similar to Mass Effect 2. That's not a bad thing.

Easy. Capcom are trying to appeal to the masses, and go down an action based route. They have even stated that they would "love to get all the Call of Duty fans on board". It IS about making money for them at the end of the day I guess, but it's a shame for the people who preferred the original style.

Couldn't agree more. Very disappointing, i was hoping for a return to form (resi 4 was very good, 5 was crap) This game looks about as scary as watching Countdown (im not good at maths)
Very generic. Also, a game really isn't scary unless your on your own. You cant be in a team, otherwise it just loses that fear factor for me.

Well it looks fun but it's just a mishmash of what's come before, specifically Mass Effect. Not something worth paying full price for though, I think. Worth picking the bargain sections in about 6 months time.

aaaaarggghh how long should i wait for this game ? I like coop game (not deathmatch) so i hope there will be some iteresting situations big zombie waves etc but it look really great.
