Capcom has announced that action game Dragon's Dogma will include access to a playable demo of Resident Evil 6.
According to the official spiel "Purchasers of the Xbox 360 version of Dragon's Dogma will be able to redeem this token and download the Resident Evil 6 demo globally on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace for Xbox 360 60 days earlier than any other platform starting on July 3."
Those with the PS3 version of Dragon's Dogma will be able to play the demo from September 4 in North America and Japan and September 5 in Europe.
Capcom has described Dragon's Dogma as a new 'hit franchise' from the "creators" of Resident Evil 4 and Devil May Cry 4.
The internet has been infected with Resi fever following the Resident Evil 6 trailer reveal this month and everyone's got something to say about the long-serving horror series. Check out our 101 Resident Evil 6 screenshots from the trailer.

Back on topic though. If you want the demo of resi 6 there's going to be no need to purchase it. The internet is a big place and like the resi5 demo i'm sure they'll be somewhere you can download it and burn it to disc.

I actually quite like Resident Evil 5 too. I have the standard version on PS3 and have just picked up the Gold Version for xbox 360. Maybe they aren't as scary as previous games but none the less they are playable and quite good Action games.
Don't like the look of the next Resident Evil (Raccoon City) game but Resident Resident Evil 6 is looking good and is definitely on my wish list!!!

Why not make the numbered RE's "survival horror" games for the millions of fans of that genre and make Raccoon City the "action-horror" games for the millions of gamers that need every game to be a bit like CoD?
Hell they could rotate bi-annually between the two like CoD does with IW/Treyarch?

Damn, I miss the proper Resi games- or at least the style of game. So bored of shooting everything- fortuanately I purchased (and completed) Rayman Origins which has not only been a breath of fresh air- but an absolutely awesome old school platformer...um... not very survival horror-y though.
