Sega's confirmed Total War: Shogun 2: Fall of the Samurai will be available worldwide from March 23.

"How will you treat them? All this plays out across an expanded and improved campaign map, covering new island provinces in the far north and featuring all-new building and technology trees as well as brand new features such as railways and naval bombardments, seen for the first time in a Total War title," says Sega.
"We're delighted that the fans have resonated so positively and quickly towards the latest excellent instalment from Creative Assembly," said John Clark, Director of Digital Distribution.
"Shogun 2 has built an incredible audience over the last 12 months and now Fall of the Samurai will continue to build the enjoyment."

it's like Napoleon total war but they have made it less major by making sure they kept the expansion pack phrase in its name. I personally thought Napoleon was a brilliant upgrade from empire but some people thought it wasn't really a new game.
