The Simpson's Arcade??? Seems a bit underwhelming of a title to be the "Featured" game of the month. I hope the US PSPlus list is a bit better than this.

Just checked my sub and it expires on Feb 6th, thank god is all I can say after reading this list.
The free PSN game is a 20 year old arcade game and the discounts are mainly on Dreamcast games.
WHERES THE NEW STUFF?
PS Plus has got progressively worse since the PSN hack last year and looking at it from a publishers standpoint it's understandable, why would you offer your games for free or discounted if you can't make that money back later because potentially PSN could go down again?
Look at most stuff that is available on Plus these days, it's all games that have already made their money back a decade ago, that have already peaked in sales a decade ago, if thats what you want then fine but personally I didn't sign up to play Mega Drive games all over again.

Playstation Plus is a joke I aint ever subscribing again , with the money il save on this piece of s**t I can buy Alan Wakes American Nightmare , Playstation Plus is $ony's way of admitting without actually saying it that they should of charged us for Playstation Network , at least Microsoft were honest about charging us for Live

I've been thinking of getting plus but if they're the kind of stuff u get for £40 a year I'll pass!!!

Not bad month considering you get Far cry 2 for free.
Oh and Simpsons Arcade wow - now that games is second only to the 4 player turtles game for best arcade game ever imo.
Can't wait.
For those of you not old enough to play the Simpsons arcade you have no idea how fun it was on the 4 player arcade consoles.

WOW!! I can't believe the moaning I am reading on here. That list of freebies and discounts might not be that impressive to some this time round, but we get new ones every two weeks. That is 26 updates to the freebies a year! How on earth can you complain about that? Cancell your subscription then and just use PSN for your multiplayer gaming. Maybe then you will be happy that you haven't had to pay £40 a year just for that privilage.
(Not Sony fanboy. All references are coincidental)

i gotta say, PSN+ can be disappointing, but for £40 a year, it's a hell of a lot more than what XBLGold users get.

What a bunch of whiney little bitches, I am dl'ing simpsons arcade for sure. God knows how many 10p coins i used on that 20 years ago, even better as its free for me.

f**king moany bitches.
Ive had PS+ for a year and have about 20 full PSN games 30 minis 10 classic megadrive/neo geo games 15 PS1 games.
This month alone we get Far Cry 2 - yeah Ive already got it on disk but through out the year Ive had plenty.
The idea of PS+ is not to get brand new games for £40 a year - you're mad if thats what you expect. The idea is to pick up things you may have missed or not have even bothered with which is always going to be hit or miss but over the year I would value the collection of games I like and have kept at well over 100 quid and will be renewing my sub

Not bad really, I don't mind PS+ and will definitely resub this month when it runs out. I'll get Simpsons, that Sonic Ad plus thing, the free avatars and the other free stuff too.

From EU Blog:
Update: "Sadly, we are now unable to publish The Simpsons Arcade until next week, Wednesday 8 February, and not today as listed. We apologise for getting you excited about playing it too early but, rest assured, it will still be available to PS Plus members at no extra cost for a full four weeks. By way of small compensation, we will extend the 100% discount on Back to the Future: The Game for an additional week, for those who might have missed it last month."
Classic SCEE.

Now, I'm not one to normally get angry....but don't that just make you wanna punch a midget!
Simpsons arcade was my Skegness arcade game of choice back in the day, and these gits got our hopes up just to dash them yet again.
No offence to any midgets, it's just a bloody good game is all.
