Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney movie planned for worldwide release

Dubbed and subtitled versions in the works

Takashi Miike, the director of Ichi the Killer, Shinjuku Triad Society and the Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney movie, has said the film will be released outside of Japan.

Miike revealed plans to release dubbed and subtitled versions of the movie in an interview with Twitch Film.

The movie follows the events of the very first game closely, and if the fruity hair and odd dress sense hasn't tipped you off, will stick to the game's whimsical take on the Japanese legal process.

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney: The Film is scheduled for a Japanese release on February 11. Have a look at the trailer below.

Earlier this week Capcom officially confirmed Ace Attorney 5 and HD remakes of the first three titles in the series.

I hope this ends up being as funny as the games. The humour is one of the golden aspects of the series :)

I only read this story to laugh at the inevitable comments of ' Objection'.

I watched a mate play it a while back looked fun.

HOLD IT! it's getting a worldwide release. I see no reason to raise an OBJECTION to this.
