Gran Turismo series creator Kazunori Yamauchi has revealed that yet another update is on its way to GT5 next week.

Developer Polyphony has been busy churning out numerous update for the PS3 sim racer in the past few months, most recently bringing the game up to version 2.03, delivered alongside new DLC car packs and a performance test mode.
What more could the team be bringing? Any requests?

A proper inside view for the Bugati Veyron, along with all the other standard cars.

Pikes Peak, Infineon, Bathurst, Seattle...
Clear vision of each lap time at the end of a race, breaks upgrades, a drift tutorial...
Possibility to save in the pits.
A revamped track edit mode.

I want this wobbly over the car view to be gone.

I went back to Turismo 5 yesterday, it's quite a shocking game. Some ace tracks I'll admit, but they gameplay and graphics are a massive letdown. Shame there wasn't a massive update to improve the graphics.

Its actually nice to see a developer supporting a game after release with free updates. It reminds me of the good old days on the PC when games received long support and free content updates. Only a handful of companies left that still feel that way.
Congrats PD, its just a shame I am an arcade racing fan rather than a sim racer fan.

High def versions of ALL standard models, in-car cockpit view for ALL cars, not just a black frame.

I would love a proper "see only the hood" view, this is the view I use in every racing games and in GT, you feel like your sitting on top of a school bus, camera feels wayyy too high
really disappointing. The in car view is nice but 3/4 of the cars the view is blacked out...

No, just plain NO!!
A lot of people have wanted the dynamic chase camera since launch, admittedly it's only slightly dynamic, but at least they are listening and implemented it to some degree. Maybe give players the option to set it to different levels would be good, but not to take it away. I want to be able to make it a bit more loose.
Still, it's slightly better than the s**t chase cam we had a launch, where it just really felt like I had an acetate sheet over my screen for the car. There was no movement to the car whatsoever, which made it feel like you were cheaply steering the course and not the car to get around the track.

I wish he'd update it to make an interesting game. Bloody yawn fest.
