Kojima shows first screen of Metal Gear Solid HD on Vita

Also, a sweet iPhone case...

Hideo Kojima, legendary creator of Metal Gear Solid and lover of Twitter, has posted a picture of Metal Gear Solid HD Collection on the Vita.

To be honest it doesn't show much, it's just the title screen which features the logos for both Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater and Metal Gear Solid 2. It looks like the Vita has been placed on the game's script, along with a FOXHOUND iPhone case we're currently scouring the internet for.

Admittedly, as far as screenshots go it's not particularly exciting but at the very least it's good to see development is coming along.

The Metal Gear Solid HD Collection was released for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 last week, and contains updated versions of PS2 games Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty and Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence, as well as former PSP-only entry Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker.
