The functions that will 'set the system apart'

Sony says Vita's social networking features are what will "set the whole console apart" from everything else in this new 'inside' video on the new portable.

The main hardware difference besides the 3G is the internal GPS beyond that it is just software applications and they could vary depending on not only Sony but other 3rd party developers. I would suggest if you have any interest in the Vita have a regular look at the Playstaion EU blog.

As you saw yesterday Studio Liverpool mention a 3g application of downloading ghost data on the go is just one use and leaving challenge presents in locations on the go.

I have, I just dont want to get 3G for the sake of it or vice versa. The GPS showed something somewhere where it looked like it could act as a sat nav, which is interesting. Id like confirmation, like I think its got skype, if I have 3G, can I skype from anywhere, voice or video...ect?
