Continuing our handy UK news round-up, today's biggest daytime headlines include Tim Schafer's plans to make a new adventure game funded entirely by fans after the Psychonauts developer raised over $350k, the launch of the Skyrim 1.4 update for consoles, which will hopefully eliminate the PS3 version's game-crippling lag, as well as Bethesda hinting at potential Skyrim DLC and Sega revealing the rather slick-looking Aliens: Colonial Marines box art.

On the video front, Spec Ops: The Line lead writer Walt Williams discussed the military shooter's story, influences and the role its Dubai setting in a new developer diary, while EA served up the launch trailer for Grand Slam Tennis 2.
