I'd rather see a sega control pad come out so that 360 owners can get the full benefit of the VF5 we've got.
Tried the SFIV controller, its got a far too squishy dpad.

Your playing Virtua Fighter wrong then.
The Saturn Version used:

On Dreamcast you should have used:

On PS2 the choice was easy as Hori made the right stick:

On PS3 there is a Hori stick that is just as good.

Not the bloody joypad!

Final Showdown will be a download only game, which is a bit of a bummer. I thought SEGA would of knocked out VF 6 by now. But VF 5 is still an ace game, but I think the best one was VF 4 Evo on the PS2. But VF 5 on the Xbox 360 is better than the PS3 version.

Only_777- I grew up playing all these old sega games at home, with the control pads. As hard as | tried, arcade sticks just didn't click with me
Shame too as there are some cool looking sticks out there:)
(The Blazblue+ Soul Calibur sticks look fantastic Cerberus)

Really? That's a bit like not 'clicking' with a steering wheel when playing a driving game. Oh well, that's a shame.

Honest to goodness KesMonkey.
Its just not natural to me, I struggle doing the dragonpunch command. Far more at home with a good controller with a proper dpad;)
(No probs with steering wheels tho)
