You've probably heard the rumour: Assassin's Creed 3 will feature co-op, and being big fans of co-op games, we're quite excited by this.
So will it be more like the wilderness free-roaming of Red Dead Redemption's multiplayer? Or will it be like Portal 2's tight, teamwork focused co-op levels? We can't say for sure yet but we do know what we would like to see.

Whether the wilderness in Assassin's Creed 3 will prove to be as interesting as the one found in Red Dead Redemption is yet to be seen, but the idea of jumping and climbing around open environments with a buddy has us very excited.
Co-op is something that a lot of fans have wanted since the beginning, and although the obvious thing is to let players explore America's snow-coated lands and the forests - which we'll happily take - we're hoping Ubi has plenty of activities lined up for players to engage in.
We can't imagine Assassin's Creed co-op being anything other than open-world anyway. The series has always offered gamers a large and open environment to play in, so it would be strange for Ubisoft to swap that in favour of more linear levels.
