You won't be playing the much-anticipated Studio Ghibli JRPG Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch on PS3 until 2013, Namco Bandai has said.
This comes as a further delay to the title, which was previously pushed back to a late 2012 release date.
On the brighter side, Namco confirmed that both the European and American versions will launch simultaneously. And it also dropped off this English-language trailer, which is nice.
According to the blurb: "Wrath of the White Witch, a heart-warming tale of a young boy named Oliver, who embarks on a journey into a parallel world in an attempt to bring his mother back from the dead. Along the way, Oliver makes new friends and adopts many of the wonderful creatures that inhabit the world, raising them to battle other creatures on his behalf as he takes on formidable enemies."
The game's developed by LEVEL-5 with animation by the excellent Studio Ghibli of Spirited Away fame.
