James Bond 007 Legends supports Kinect, due October

Amazon gives us a few more details on the 50th anniversary tie-in

The Xbox 360 edition of Activision's 007 Legends will support Kinect, according to Amazon.

The online retailer also says the Xbox 360 and PS3 title is due for release on October 16 in the US, so we can probably expect it three days later on this side of the pond.

Announced yesterday, 007 Legends will feature an all-new storyline with missions based on six classic James Bond films. Not sure how Activision's going to pull that one off, but it should be amusing. So far the publisher's only mentioned Skyfall, the upcoming movie starring Daniel Craig.

"To honour 50 years of the world's top secret agent, 007 Legends offers a collection of his most famed moments in the smartest and most treacherous Bond game yet," said Activision Publishing's EVP David Oxford.

The game's being developed by Eurocom, maker of by Goldeneye 007 / Reloaded, which offered PlayStation Move support, so we can probably expect Sony's motion control offering to get in on the action too.
