Square Enix has registered domains for a third and a fourth entry in Avalanche Studios' Just Cause series.
The domains, which were spotted by Fusibile, were secured through internet brand protection firm Corporation Service Company and include JustCause4.com, JustCause4.fr, JustCause4.co.uk, JustCause4.de, JustCause4.it.and JustCause3.it.
The domain registrations are likely a pre-emptive measure to avoid any future issues, although we're hoping that the Just Cause 3 one could indicate an imminent reveal. If rumours are to be believed Just Cause 3 is in development and scheduled for release this year, which could mean the game's set for an E3 appearance next month.
Avalanche has committed to showing off one of its new projects at E3. Studio founder Christofer Sundberg has said it isn't Just Cause 3 or Renegade Ops 2, but a licensed game that runs on a modified version of the Just Cause 2 engine. Speculation suggests it could be based on a comic book property.
