Konami will reveal Castlevania: Mirror of Fate at E3 next week, if a new rumour turns out accurate.
Dutch site N1ntendo claims that the title appeared in an E3 meeting schedule belonging to Konami.
The original report had been taken offline for a while at the request of Konami, before being reinstated on the grounds of 'further proof' of the game's existence.
What proof? Konami-registered domains for 'Mirroroffate.com' and Mirroroffate.net, which would appear to validate the rumour. They also serve to correct a mistake in the original report that stated the title as 'Mirror of Faith' instead of 'Mirror of Fate'.
According to translations David Cox and Enric Alvarez, producer and director/writer of Lord of Shadows respectively, are involved in the project.
Despite this, we're hoping it'll be more in the style of the 2D Metroid-like games that were brilliant on the DS.
All eyes on E3.
