That's according to the LinkedIn profile of one Jonathan G., who says he "worked on Grand Theft Auto 5" for a year while employed as a senior artist at Rockstar San Diego.
Back in March it was also reported that Mafia maker 2K Czech had been giving Rockstar North a helping hand with GTA 5 for almost a year by putting its cinematic expertise to work producing animations for cutscenes and gameplay.
Wedbush Morgan analyst Michael Pachter said last month he expects Rockstar to steal thunder from E3 by having a Grand Theft Auto 5 blowout the day before the event begins. He also reckons the game will launch on October 23, 2012.
CVG recently heard from trusted sources that Rockstar executives and development staff will not be in attendance at next week's annual industry showcase in LA in any capacity.
