Diablo 3's enormous patch 1.0.3 is now available in the US, and Blizzard has released the massive list of changes it brings.
"Please note that you will not be prompted to download patch 1.0.3 until the patch is live in your home region. If you are logging in from a European or Asian client, you will need to wait for this patch to release in that region before it can be installed," warns Blizzard.
In those regions, the game will be going offline at 2AM UK time tonight to prepare for patch, with all services expected to return online at around 12PM tomorrow.
Patch 1.0.3 contains two main fixes, the first is to the drop rates which means "the best items in the game can drop from many different places, so a wider variety of play styles are viable." The second main fix is an adjustment to balance in the Inferno difficulty, which "creates smoother gameplay".
But the overall change list for the patch is huge, so without further ado, the full list is through here.
