Ubisoft has announced Far Cry 3's release date has been pushed back to November 30 in the UK, instead of September 7.
Along with the Far Cry 3 date the French publisher has also revealed Just Dance 4 will release on October 2 and Rocksmith will be available in the UK on September 28.
Far Cry 3's lead designer, Jamie Keen, has said the shooter 'is about enabling the player' but unlike the previous game will have "focus".
"The open world was cool, it was great, but it never quite comes to anything," he said of FC2. "It's kind of left open and you just get a bit lost in it. We're trying to make sure we don't end up in that situation. It's important that it has that sense of exploration, but it needs to be getting towards something."
