PC gamers are now able to hop online and grab the new Mass Effect 3 ending they wanted so badly.
The 'Director's Cut' expansion pack has gone live via EA's Origin service, and can be had via the Game Add-Ons menu.
"The Extended Cut expands on the endings of Mass Effect 3 through additional scenes and epilogue sequences. It provides more of the answers and closure that players have been asking for. It gives a sense of what the future holds as a result of the decisions made throughout the series. And it shows greater detail in the successes or failures based on how players achieved their endings," explains the developer.
BioWare decided to release Extended Cut following public outcry aimed at the game's original endings.
The download is absolutely free to all owners on all three platforms, 360, PS3 and PC, and will take up roughly 1.9 gigabytes of storage space.
