Last night a trailer went live on GameTrailers which appears to detail the multiplayer story in Assassin's Creed III. It has since been pulled, but not from everywhere...
The trailer appears to be narrated by Abstergo baddie Warren Vidic, a name you may remember from Revelations' multiplaye. It depicts the multiplayer story as a training exercise within Abstergo - the company behind the Animus.
The video shows a new arctic map, while detailing two modes - Wolfpack and Domination. Old favourites Manhunt, Wanted, Artifact Assault, Team Deathmatch and Capture the Flag also appear to be returning to AC III multiplayer.
A list of challenges to complete with friends is also shown, including Drive The Car, Open The Can and Meet Ted.
The trailer also mentions Story Quest, a mode where players can unlock new aspects to the story as they level up.
The video does appear to be a work-in-progress as the in-game news ticker, clearly displays a message to the developers. It is not known how the video made it online, but while it is still available, we suggest watching it before it gets pulled for good.
