Valve has revealed plans to release a "major update to Steam Community", aimed at providing a centralised point for gamers to find everything they need about a title.
According to the developer, the update will focus on "highlighting and enabling the best user-created screenshots, videos, and Workshop items for games across Steam while making it easier for the community to discuss their favorite games".
Every Steam game will have its own 'Game Hub' (click the image to right to see a new hub for Skyrim) where players can find the most popular user-created screenshots, videos, and Steam Workshop items for the title.
The Game Hub is one of multiple new features included in the update, and Valve will release new info on one feature per day for the rest of this week.
The studio makes no mention of a release date, but says the drip-feeding info releases will reveal a date for a planned closed beta.
Steam will begin selling non-game software later this year, Valve recently revealed.
