Just try taking candy from this hardheaded baby
Hyrule is a cruel world, where even young infants are forced into child labour tending shops to supply goods for adventurers. Malo, the younger brother of Talo in Twilight Princess, barely looks old enough to be out of the womb, but under that cute, innocent exterior lurks a ruthless businessman - something he demonstrates with a hostile takeover of two rival shops in the region. Call us ageist if you like, but there's something very disconcerting about walking into a shop and being served by a baby in a dress. It's just not right.
22. JOJORA'S FRIENDS
They've come to kill you with kindness
At the top of Joke's End in Mario And Luigi Superstar Saga, the fairy Jojora asks which of her four friends you'd like to meet. Chucklissa, Oholina, Hoohoolia and Teeheena all look exactly the same, sporting pigtails, a white nappy suit and frighteningly muscular arms. They try to kiss Mario and Luigi to death, making this a friend request you should definitely ignore.
A plumber's worst mate
Fawful is a perpetually grinning green-skinned mad scientist who first appeared in Mario And Luigi: Superstar Saga and has turned up in Partners In Time and Bowser's Inside Story. Apart from looking very strange indeed, he prefers to speak in Engrish and with heavy use of food analogies. He's a smart guy, but when he loses his cool, he "has FURY!" and acts erratically.
24. PRINCESS RUTO
Link's engaged in something fishy
Princess Ruto is a fish woman and appears in Ocarina Of Time, where she tricks Link into becoming her fiancÚ. Later in the game, he meets the now adult princess, who admonishes him for keeping her waiting but says they can be together when she finishes her duties as the Sage of Water. Can't wait to see how Link's going to get out of this one.
25. PRINCESS TOMATO
A seedy business
Princess Tomato is the vegetable in distress in the 1991 NES game Princess Tomato And The Salad Kingdom, with the main character being the noble knight Sir Cucumber. He's given the task of rescuing the Princess from the evil Minister Pumpkin by her father, King Broccoli. Really.
