PSN maintenance scheduled for September 10

Some online services out of action for 13 hours next week

Sony has announced a fresh round of scheduled PlayStation Network maintenance.

It's set to take place next Monday, September 10 from 4pm BST until 5am the following morning.

Account Management and the PS Store will be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance period, while some users will also be unable to sign in to PSN.

"There may be some additional downtime after the maintenance period for testing purposes," Sony said. "We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause."

Sony is currently offering a 25 per cent saving on the regular price of an annual PlayStation Plus subscription.

It also kicked off a Retro Games Sale on PSN today to celebrate the recent launch of PSone support on Vita.
