Zynga begins the process of shutting down 13 games

Fishville and Treasue Isle the first to go

Zynga has started shutting down its 13 worst performing games.

Zynga's Treasure Isle and Fishville are the first two games to be shut down on December 5th, following a previous announcement that the studio would start purging its badly performing titles.

The announcements were made on the games' Facebook pages on Friday.

Zynga announced it would be shutting down 13 of its games, 5% cut in staff numbers, and the closure of the Boston studio in October.

There has been no official statement as to what the other 11 games to be shut down will be.
