Ubisoft confirms patch for Assassin's Creed 3: Liberation

But no release date confirmed

A bug affecting save files in Assassin's Creed: Liberation will be patched, according to Ubisoft's official forum, though no release date has been confirmed.

Reports of the bug have trickled through since the game's launch earlier this month, but Ubisoft has finally released a statement on the matter, confirming that a patch is definitely coming, though no date was provided.

Speaking to Joystiq, Ubisoft assured that "our team is in the process of finalising the first patch for Assassin's Creed 3: Liberation.

"This will address the save game corruption issue. We'll have a better idea on the timing of the patch soon."
