Forthcoming crime sim from Tropico 4 devs performing well

Omerta: City of Gangsters, a forthcoming crime strategy game by the developers of Tropico 4, has gone gold.

The Haemimont Games title releases next month for Xbox 360 and PC, and is based on the text MMORPG Omerta. The game takes place in Atlantic City during the Prohibition, and mixes "strategic city-conquest gameplay" with turn-based combat.

Omerta: City of Gangsters was originally scheduled for a 2012 release, but will now hit PC and Xbox 360 on February 1 in the UK and February 12 in the US.
