Weekend news: Sony to abandon DualShock; Blockbuster to axe 160 stores; Skyrim DLC for PS3

It looks like Sony will be breaking a 16 year tradition, as it abandons the DualShock controller for the PS4. Sony's R&D is testing biometric sensors and a touch screen for the new controller. In other news, as Blockbuster's new administrator, Deloitte, begins restructuring the business a total of 160 stores have been proposed for closure, with some 760 workers set to lose their jobs. The administrator assure redundancies will not be "immediate" and a helpline will be set up for employees. Elsewhere, PS3 owners will finally be able to enjoy the three Skyrim DLC packs by February.
